Dawn, a woman who loves cooking and dining at great restaurants, had to revisit and overhaul her eating habits when she transformed her life with exercise and dramatic weightloss. She had to embrace a new style of cooking and, most importantly PREPARATION so she could set herself up for success. And the holiday season is a big deal for her — when she entertains others with special meals or treats AND when she attend parties and events and has to make healthy decisions amid mountains of delicious (and often unhealthy) food!
