B Strong Anywhere brings strength training to you — wherever you’re at, whenever is convenient to you, and using whatever equipment you have in a way that actually helps you progress and get stronger.

Included in the three-month training program:

Q: How much does the program cost?

A: $249 for the three-month plan, and access to the trainers during that time; includes the workout guide/structure, a video library of all of the movements, access to the trainers when you have questions, twice-monthly interactive group video conferences with the trainer(s), offering supplemental information, demonstrations, and real-time answers to your questions.

Q: What else do I need to purchase to be successful?

A. Nothing! This program is written with the flexibility to use whatever you have at home or in your gym — or nothing at all (besides your body weight).

Q: How do I enroll?

A: Click here! Once you enroll and sign the e-waiver, you’ll have immediate access to the workout guide, library of movements, and calendar of online events so you can get the live sessions on your calendar.

Q: Once I enroll, what do I do?

A: Get going!

  • Read the guide — there is a lot of information in there about structure and progression.

  • Add the video conference events to your calendar.

  • Take inventory of the equipment you have available to you.

  • Plan your week.

  • Look through the movement options for each muscle group outlined on the guide, choose what you want to do for the week, and add it to your plan (email any questions you might have to the team)

  • Set some goals!

Q: Why can’t you just tell me exactly what to do every day?

A: We can do that, but that’s much more in-depth training that we can offer in-studio or virtual in-home.

A: We are here for you! Unlike most grab-and-go training plans, our whole team is available to answer questions you may have along the way.

Q: Why did you create this training program?

A: Our team has worked with hundreds of clients, virtually, during the pandemic. We learned that very few people have access to a full gym, and it’s unrealistic to expect everyone to have or buy the same equipment. Strength and movement is important for everyone to be healthy, and we chose to build programs for people that recognize every situation is different. Some people want regular training, and we have avenues for that with virtual in-home and in-studio training options. Others simply need the structure, guidance and structure that can help them get stronger, independently.
